Café Trio Begins New Chapter as Louie’s Reserve

A longtime Plaza-area dining destination has entered a new chapter. After nearly two decades as Café Trio, the restaurant at 4558 Main Street has rebranded as Louie’s Reserve, introducing a refreshed concept, updated menu, and redesigned interior while continuing to serve guests in its familiar location near the Country Club Plaza.
The transition follows the acquisition of Café Trio by restaurateur Whitney VinZant and W. VinZant Restaurants in 2025. While the restaurant has gradually introduced changes over the past year, the new name and concept officially debuted this August. According to VinZant, the rebrand reflects an evolution of the Louie’s Wine Dive concept, offering an elevated dining experience while maintaining an approachable atmosphere.
The new menu is built around wine pairings and features a variety of globally inspired dishes, including house-made pastas, seafood, burgers, and more. Popular traditions such as all-night Monday happy hour, live music, and seasonal holiday décor will continue.
The restaurant has also undergone interior renovations. New flooring, furnishings, décor, ceilings, and finishes have transformed the space while preserving familiar features such as the patio and piano.
Visitors can now experience Louie’s Reserve's new menu, updated atmosphere, and refreshed approach to dining while enjoying a familiar Plaza-area destination with deep roots in the community.
