It’s that time of year again when community spirit shines the brightest! This Saturday, April 20th, from 9:00 to 11:30 AM, we’re rolling up our sleeves for the “Great Kansas City Clean-Up.” We invite you to join us in this rewarding project to enhance the beauty and health of our beloved city. The Plaza District is partnering with the South Plaza Neighborhood Association to focus on cleaning up Brush Creek.

What to Expect

The meet-up point is at the Plaza Gondola Station at 9:00 AM. Be sure to check the “Plaza Area” box on the registration form to ensure you’re grouped with other volunteers who will focus on Brush Creek.

Here’s what we recommend you bring:

  • Comfortable clothing (pants and sleeves recommended)
  • Sturdy shoes (no sandals or open toed shoes)
  • Water-resistant gloves
  • Sunscreen
  • Insect repellent
  • A can-do attitude

2. Fill out the necessary details and make sure to select the “Plaza Area” when choosing your preferred location.
