Carolyn Watley

VP, Community Engagement, CBIZ

In her over 30 year tenure with CBIZ, Carolyn has held many roles ranging from Office Manager to Manager of Corporate Accounts to Chief Facilitating Officer. In 2000, Carolyn became the President of CBIZ Benefits & Insurance Services in KC and currently holds the title of VP of Community Engagement. In this capacity, Carolyn focuses on public-facing business development initiatives; board participation roles; and community stewardship.

Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. She enjoys many civic and community roles including currently as Co-Chair of KC Rising; Board Member of Kansas City Police Foundation; Board Member of the MCC Foundation; Board Member for the Kansas City Campus for Animal Care; Board Member of the First Tee Foundation and member of the KU Cancer Center Funding Partners.
